First, I believe u when u say ur neat & clean, otherwise u would not have noticed the bugs in the 1st place.
Second, instead washing dishes & mopping with reg cleaners try using just dishwashing liquid & a touch of clorox instead. It wo not hurt anything & will kill the bacteria left by the roaches. Third, throw away extra paper, boxes, etc. roaches eat & survive on that stuff. Number 4, if u can try using paper for a while & storing dishes in rubbermaid containers. This will help with my next suggestion.

Lastly, like others have been saying, if ur apartment has a management company, they should fumigate ur place & not just once but EVERY month & at NO additional cost to you, they should want to keep up their property to maximize profit.

If push comes shove, u should consider moving but make sure u check ur things before u place in a new home, roaches can live in bags, boxes, & other weird places.

I know this answer sound like a joke but go to any Chinese store (could be in the 99 cents store) & ask for a cockroaches chalk.. usually is 99 cents & is the most wonderful thing on earth, i swear, i laughed of the girl that recommended on the first place but now i hug her every time i see her.
you just have to draw lines close to ur doors, fridge stove & where u see roaches, even works on carpets. is unbelievable.

OK first off, i suggest u use Combat Gel. It comes in a tube, like a shot at Dr. office. You put a thin line all around the seams of the cabinets. Inside & out where they hang at the wall. It will be tan when it goes on, then it turns very dark brown. You will seal up all the seam where the boards meet. With this said, when the roaches eat it, they take it back to the nest & die, other roaches eat them. You will notice that the ''seam'' or bead line u made will start to break up, this is where the roaches ate the poison. You may have to retreat ur kitchen & bathroom cabinets.
As for vac. the roaches, if u do this & do not take the bag outside the apt. they just crawl out of the bag & back through the vac. & come back out. Same with fleas. Sorry to say all that work was for no avail.

Get diatomaceous earth -- this comes as a powder, & can be found in some big box home stores as well as any organic home & garden store. DE is extremely safe for mammals -- some farmers even mix it with their dogs' food. Rather than killing the roaches by chemical, DE acts as an abrasive; it literally saws them to pieces internally after working under the carapace.

We use DE inside & out, sprinkling it along baseboards, the backs of cupboards, & anywhere that we suspect roaches can enter. We also ring the foundation of our house with it. Despite the huge number of cockroaches in this area, we rarely see one in the house.

Their gross little bugs I know,
Try some stuff called Roach Proof it is a powder u put around the baseboards & behind appliances,
and my mother in law swears this works she slices cucumbers & puts them on a lid & slides them under the stove edge & in her cupboards & every three to five days she throws them out & puts down more & something about the cucumbers the dirty little bugs disappeared she do not have any, Keep counters clean at all times & crumbs cleaned up.

The first thing to do is seal up the place. Including food, garbage cans, water leaks & drips, holes in baseboards/cabinets/pipes/doors/windows.

After that u gotta keep everything clean, super clean.

Put the baits & traps around continuously everywhere.

If all that does not help then it is time to tell ur landlord & get an exterminator. Make sure ur place is clean so he does not place blame on you.

Once the buggers r gone keep it clean & sealed so they do not come back.

carefully mix some boric acid with jelly in a small container exposing it to no animal or human orifice and place it in an area like under stove and refigerator and a little container of water nearby it so their stomachs will explode nearby the mixture leaving them dead and not everywhere else.

use the gel its the best to use

that whole building would need to be exterminated, frequently too. but even that is really hard cause they will usually come back. if I were you I would move asap. and get new furniture. im sorry but I dont know how people can live like that man. no one deserves that shitt.

Go to Drug store and ger a small bottle of Boric Acid Powder, Mix 50/50 with powdered sugar. Place in small lids or on small foil squares under all appliances and cabinets back where children or pets can not get to it. This will get rid of roaches in 2-3 weeks Guarenteed....

You need to get the apartment manager to have the place exterminated. By a professional exterminator.
